You can use this form if someone does the following activities. 

  1. If your account is hacked, you should select the option and click on the next button will complete the reporting. 
  2. You can report on facebook if there is a undesired photos, comments on the page and group.
This way you can submit different kind of facebook report forms. 


























To report something on Facebook, you can use the built-in reporting feature. Here's how you can do it:

Posts, Comments, or Profiles
If you encounter a post, comment, or profile that violates Facebook's Community Standards or seems suspicious, click on the three dots (...) next to the post, comment, or profile picture. From the options that appear, select "Find support or report post" or "Find support or report profile." Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your report and provide additional information if needed. 

Messages:
 If you receive a message that violates Facebook's policies or makes you feel uncomfortable, you can report it by opening the conversation and clicking on the person's name at the top. From the options that appear, select "Report." Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your report and provide additional information if needed. 

Photos or Videos
If you come across a photo or video that violates Facebook's policies, click on the photo or video to open it. Below the photo or video, click on the three dots (...) and select "Find support or report photo" or "Find support or report video." Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your report and provide additional information if needed. 

Groups:
 If you notice inappropriate behavior or content in a Facebook group, navigate to the group and click on the three dots (...) below the group cover photo. From the options that appear, select "Find support or report group." Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your report and provide additional information if needed. 

Ads
If you see an ad that violates Facebook's Advertising Policies or seems misleading, click on the three dots (...) in the top right corner of the ad. From the options that appear, select "Report ad." Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your report and provide additional information if needed. In each case, Facebook will review your report and take appropriate action if necessary. It's important to provide accurate information and choose the most relevant reason for your report to help Facebook's moderators assess the situation effectively.
